Dear New Homeowner,
From the Board of Directors of your Pheasant Ridge Homeowners Association, welcome to the neighborhood! We hope your move here was pleasant and that you are settling well into your new home. If you have any questions about the neighborhood, we are here to help. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns that we may be able to assist with.
The Board can be reached either by e-mail or from the “Contact Us” tab located at the top of our webpage (both addresses are listed above). Although our e-mail account is not monitored daily, you should still receive a response within only a few days. We encourage you to visit our webpage to find specific information about our neighborhood and surrounding area. Here you will be able to see the current list of your Board of Directors, view the Association Covenants and Bylaws, print Architectural Review Forms to submit building projects for review and approval (such as fence and shed requests), find current neighborhood information and community resources, etc. You may also pay your Annual Assessment (HOA dues) via PayPal directly on the website (please see below).
Additionally, the Board meets monthly, currently scheduled for the 2nd Monday each month at 6:00 pm. Please keep this in mind if you have any specific questions or concerns you are wanting to submit that may require the collective decision of the Board to discuss and act upon. Of note, there is an Annual Meeting that the entire neighborhood can attend to gather information and ask questions. This meeting is historically held on the last Tuesday of June at 7:00 pm at the Heartland Community Church (located on Linden Street just outside of our subdivision). Specific details about the Annual Meeting will be posted to our website and also included in the annual newsletter (please find enclosed current copy for your use).
The newsletter will be mailed to all residents each year near the end of May and will also include your Annual Assessment statement. As per our Covenants, each property owner is responsible for paying the Annual Assessment, which is currently set at $40.00. Payment is due no later than July 31st of each year and covers the period of July 1st – June 30th.
