Annual Assessment (Dues) Info
The Annual Assessment is currently set at $40.00 and is due each year by July 31st.
The Annual Assessment covers the period July 1st to June 30th. Billing is normally mailed with the annual newsletter near the end of May.

Please ensure timely payment is submitted upon receipt of your bill. Of note, you will need a statement from the Association showing that your account is paid current for any closings of home sales or refinancing. To obtain a statement, please contact the Board at [email protected].
