If you are selling or refinancing your house, you will need a statement from the HOA showing that your account is current.  Please contact the Association at [email protected] for a statement.  Of note, statements can be delivered via e-mail and usually have a timely response, but please try to submit your request two weeks in advance if possible as e-mail is monitored weekly by your volunteer Board.
